RETURNS POLICY

Any problems with your order? At Kelme.com we offer different options to resolve it:

1- EXCHANGES AND/ OR RETURNS:

Customers are entitled to a maximum period of 15 working days from delivery of their order to exchange any products due to wrong size, faults, manufacturing defects, or wrong orders. All exchanges and returns will be dealt with via our email at info@kelme.es.

Once the exchange has been authorised by Kelme.com, you will be provided with an incident number. The following step will be to complete the exchange and returns form and to place it inside the parcel with the product. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items may not be suitable for exchange.

Should the product be exchanged, customers will be required to place a new order at Kelme.com who, after receiving the unwanted product and checking its conditions, will refund the item's cost less any shipping costs.

Kelme.com shall under no circumstances accept any exchanges of products used or damaged by customers. After receiving the product to be exchanged, Kelme.com shall refund customer for the item's cost less any shipping costs.

Under no circumstances shall we accept any exchanges of products that have been used. Under no circumstances shall we accept any exchanges of products that are not returned in their original packaging. Under no circumstances shall we accept any exchanges of products that have not been previously authorised and provided with an incident number. Under no circumstances shall Kelme.com receive any freight collect deliveries. Kelme.com shall reject any returned products with no incident number clearly visible in the parcel.

2- EXCHANGES DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR FAULTS, AND WRONG SHIPMENTS:

Kelme.com will cover all shipment costs. In the event that there was no stock to replace these items, a full refund will be sent for the total amount paid for that transaction. In the event of any products where the ITEM, COLOUR OR SIZE do not match those shown in your order, Kelme.com shall cover all shipment costs. In the event that there was no stock to replace these items, a full refund will be sent for the total amount paid for that transaction.

3- WRONG SIZE:

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the event that there was no stock to replace these items, a full refund will be sent for the total amount paid for the item less any shipping costs.

4- REFUND RIGHTS:

When placing your order, customers are entitled to return their purchased items for a refund within 14 days from the date when the order was received. All information concerning the reasons allowed to obtain a full refund can be found in the exchange and returns form that will be required in order to process it. In this case, regardless of whether you decide to send them on your own or to request the item to be collected by email to info@kelme.es, all costs arising from the returned items shipping will be covered by customer (at a cost of €4.95 in Mainland Spain) which will be deducted from the item's cost when issuing your refund. Your rights to a refund shall not imply any penalty costs or actions taken by Kelme.com against customer.

6- ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS:

Kelme.com reserves the right to cancel or modify any technical specifications and finishes concerning the products shown in this website, in accordance with any technical changes or modifications undertaken by the manufacturers. Likewise, Kelme.com reserves the right to make any modifications to these purchase terms and conditions.
